Beautiful views, great service & comfortable beds. I highly recommend Ocean Brothers for your next visit to Nusa ceningan! If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable place, run by three friendly local brothers to stay while you check out all that the Nusa islands have to offer ocean brothers is perfect. I stayed on the top floor with ocean views of the seaweed farms, there’s beautiful crystal clear water to swim in the morning and the beds are super comfortable. There was also a fridge, water tea & coffee in the rooms. Not that we needed it as the staff (3 brothers) were highly attentive and happy to make us coffee, bintangs & soft drinks whenever we wanted. The brothers were also the highlight of our stay, we organised with them to be picked up with our luggage after we arrived by boat and we had a driver waiting for us as we got off. The brothers, especially Lio were super friendly and drove us around on scooters showing us the whole island, the tourist spots and even a couple of secret local spots! The accomodation is perfect, if you are after a comfortable place to sleep while you enjoy snorkeling, beach hopping and checking out the local restaurants.

Getting There By Boat From Bali

Sanur Beach Harbour, one of Bali’s most stunning natural ports, is known for its dazzling waters and iconic vistas of two lighthouses. Sanur ferry port in Bali is served by several ferry companies, with daily ferry crossings from Sanur beach to Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, Gili Meno, and other destinations. The port of Sanur connects Denpasar, Bali, and Lombok with up to 20 sailings every day. Sanur’s port is also known as Sanur Beach Harbor or the Sanur Ferry Terminal. Please keep in mind that no motorcycles are permitted on the ferry. The boat travel duration range from 30 to 45 minutes. Low tides can cause sea sickness owing to weather, so it’s always a good idea to have relevant medicine on hand which you will easily find in mainland Bali.

There are no direct boats to Nusa Ceningan. Getting there is by boat to Nusa Lembongan which is an island next to Nusa Ceningan connected by the Yellow Bridge. Most accommodations are willing to provide you with a transfer from the Nusa Lembongan harbors.

For your convenience, we have made a list with the various boat companies including their departure times, price, location, and link to reviews. Feel free to compare the options that suit your needs.
